The installer won’t start or Windows flags it—what should I do?
Make sure you downloaded the latest signed installer from the Download page. If SmartScreen warns you, click “More info → Run anyway.” If it persists, email us with a screenshot.
I upgraded to PRO but the app still shows Free.
Log out and back in, then restart the app. If it still says Free, send your account email and approximate purchase time so we can refresh your license.
How do I request a feature?
Email us with “Feature request” in the subject and include a short workflow or mockup. We group requests by demand and feasibility.
